If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from your delivered date for store credit. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Should you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please submit a return request in our Returns Portal within 2-3 days of delivery date. You may use a pre-paid label that will be deducted from your total return provided through our Returns Portal ($12.00 fee). Returns are processed within 5- 7 business days after your items are received at our warehouse.

HOW DO I CREATE A RETURN?

All returns require a RMA number. Please complete a return request in the Returns Portal HERE. Enter your email address and order number associated with your order. Please keep your return labels proof of postage in the case your returns are lost/stolen or damaged in transit as we are not liable.

All returns must have a RMA number. Any returns without a RMA number will be rejected.

WHAT CAN I RETURN?

All return items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Rockstar Original will not accept any returns if they have been worn, washed and show any signs of wear.

Styles that are not eligible for returns: All items that are marked down or on sale, accessories including beauty products, masks, bodysuits, swimwear, lingerie, shapewear and undergarments are FINAL SALE.

*FINAL SALE and marked down styles are non-refundable. Items that do not meet the requirements are subject to a 30% - 50% restocking fee.

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM. WHAT DO I DO?

If you received a damaged or defected style, please submit a return request in our returns portal within 1-2 days from receiving your order. Please use our returns portal HERE.

CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

Rockstar Original does not accept exchanges at this time. You may submit a return through our Returns Portal HERE. Once your returns are processed, you will be issued store credit for you to place another order.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

Your return will be processed as soon as it is in transit to our facility.
