If you are not satisfied with an item or items from your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from your delivery date for store credit as long as it meets the return requirements. You must complete the return request through our returns portal and generate an RMA number. Once your return shipment is scanned by the carrier as in transit back to us, the store credit will automatically be issued to you via email. Returns are subject to a $12 return handling fee which will automatically be deducted from your store credit. Returns can take 5-7 business days to process after your shipment is received by our warehouse.

EASY 30-DAY RETURN POLICY

Something about your order not quite right? Our 30-Day Return Policy is easy and ensures you love your purchase, start your return HERE —otherwise ship it back and receive store credit.

Please complete a return request through our returns portal HERE. Enter your order number and the email address used when placing the order. Please keep your return labels proof of postage in case your return is lost, stolen or damaged in transit as we are not liable for it. All returns must have an RMA number, which is generated when completing the return request. Any returns that do not have an RMA number will be rejected.
All return items must be unworn, unwashed and have original tags attached. Rockstar Original will not accept any return items that show any signs of wear. All sets must be returned together. We do not accept returns for items that are on sale, accessories including: beauty products, masks, bodysuits, swimwear, lingerie, shapewear, undergarments, and any product marked FINAL SALE.  *FINAL SALE and marked down styles are non-returnable. Returned items that do not meet the requirements are subject to a 30% - 50% restocking fee.
Yes, you can make a return as an international customer through our RETURNS PORTAL, but you will have to purchase and use your own return shipping label in order to do so at this time.
In the case that you received a damaged or defective item, you will need to send a photo of this to [email protected] to verify the issue.  If you purchased Order Protection for your order, you can file a claim to have a replacement item reshipped or be reimbursed with store credit, if approved. To do this visit the link HERE and input your order number and the email address you used when placing the order. For more information about Order Protection click HERE.If your order was not protected by Order Protection, you can return the item (without any return shipping fees deducted) by submitting a return HERE and selecting “Product is Damaged” within 1-2 days of your order’s delivery. 

Rockstar Original does not process direct exchanges at this time. Instead you can process a return request through our returns portal HERE. Once your return has been processed you can use the store credit you receive to place the order for the item you need
