Billing & How it Works
Add your membership to cart. You will be billed monthly or annually on the calendar date of your first membership purchase.

*$50 Rockstar Cash Reward You will receive your $50 Rockstar Cash after membership payment has been processed every 3rd billing cycle. If you skip the month prior to a 3rd billing cycle, you will not receive the reward until after you resume your membership and a 3rd payment has been processed. If you have an annual membership, you will receive your $50 Rockstar Cash every 3rd month of your membership on month 3, 6, 9, and 12. All Rockstar Cash rewards expire 90 days after they are issued.

**Skip the Month/Year Skip the month/year by logging into your account and clicking “Skip the Month/Year” prior to 12:00am PST of your billing calendar date. If you skip, you will not have access to Membership Comps or Services in the following month/year – ie. no complimentary expedited 2-day shipping, additional discounts, Members-Only customer care, etc. Memberships skipped more than 2 months in a row will be automatically cancelled. Memberships cannot be skipped retroactively and refunds will not be issued. Skipping the Month/Year can only be applied to future billing cycles.

**Cancelling Your Membership Cancel your membership by logging into your account and clicking “Cancel Membership” prior to 12:00am PST of your billing calendar date. If you cancel your membership, you will not have access to Membership Comps or Services once the term of your membership expires (at 11:59pm PST on the day prior to your billing calendar date) – ie. no complimentary expedited 2-day shipping, additional discounts, Members-Only customer care, etc. Memberships cannot be cancelled retroactively and refunds will not be issued. Cancelling membership can only be applied to future billing cycles.

***Free Expedited 2-Day Shipping We cannot guarantee 3rd party package delivery windows, we can only guarantee that your order will be shipped with 2-Day Shipping free of charge to you ($19 Value per order). Orders must be placed by 12noon PST Monday thru Friday to be shipped out on the same day.
