Billing & How it Works
Add your membership to cart. You will be billed monthly or annually on the calendar date of your first membership purchase.

**Cancelling Your Membership: Cancel your membership by logging into your account and clicking “Cancel Membership” prior to 12:00am PST of your billing calendar date. If you cancel your membership, you will not have access to Membership Comps or Services once the term of your membership expires (at 11:59pm PST on the day prior to your billing calendar date) – ie. no complimentary expedited 2-day shipping, additional discounts, Members-Only customer care, etc. Memberships cannot be cancelled retroactively and refunds will not be issued.
