WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and have original branded tags attached.
- Items must be free of stains, make up, deodorant, cologne or any other signs of wear.

HOW FAST IS SHIPPING?
Standard shipping is usually 7-9 business days or faster. Need the order for a special event? You may choose to expedite your shipment in the shipping section at check out.
HOW CAN I TRACK AN ORDER?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your tracking number. You may also track your order in your account here.
HOW DO I CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE?

HOW DO I GET FEATURED ON YOUR PAGE?

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
The returns process is quick and easy!
1. Head to our returns portal here.
2. Follow the simple instructions on site.
3. Repack your unwanted items with all of the tags still attached.
4. Include RA# outside of the package.
5. Ship the product back to us and we will notify you once we have received it.
Unfortunately, we do not accept International returns at this time.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY PRODUCT IS FAULTY?
We are sorry you have received a faulty item. It was never intended! We stand behind our products and will make it up to you. Please submit a return request in the Returns Portal here.
CAN I INSURE MY PACKAGE?
We've partnered with Route to help your ensure your packages are covered during transit. You can opt-in and add Route+ to your order by toggling the Route button "On" to protect your package from theft, damaged or missing delivery. For a small fee, your package can be covered and insured so that if anything happens in transit, if your package is lost, stolen or missing upon delivery, you'll be taken care of.You can learn more about Route's claim policy here.
By opting out and not selecting shipping protection, we are not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
WHAT IS ROUTE+ SHIPPING PROTECTION?
Route+ is a premium package protection for your order. When you add Route+ at checkout, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages. When you file a claim with Route+, it will be reviewed for approval for a reorder or refund within 24 hours.
HOW DO I START A CLAIM WITH ROUTE+?
To start a claim with Route+ for your lost, stolen, missing, or damaged item, you can start your claim here, or inside the Route Mobile App. Fill out the required information and follow the steps necessary to submit your claim.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
We aim to process your return as soon as possible. Please allow 5-7 business days maximum for us to process your return.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
We do not accept exchanges at this time, but once your items have been returned back to us. You will receive store credit to shop an item of your choice.
